Fast rising artiste, Juno Kizigenza who rose to stardom in 2020 after making a number of hits, has announced his return to school through a tweet he linked on Wednesday 19.

"I am getting this college degree because it would mean the world to Mama Juno (his mom) TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY AT SCHOOL GUYS!! Wish me luck,” reads his tweet.

The move Juno made to pursue his studies was welcomed by many including his fans who were amazed by his actions noting that they can even boost up his music career

Talking with The New Times, Juno revealed that he always wanted to go back to school and his mother also encouraged him to go to college, something he believes that influenced his decision.

After graduating at Agahozo Village High school, Juno is now doing a Bachelors degree in Business Management at a university in Kigali that he didn't disclose because of his management safety.

Asked why he chose Business Management, the ‘Nazubaye’ hit maker said that it’s in line with what he studied in high school and it can also help him in managing his career.

"I did Economics and Entrepreneurship at Agahozo and I was good at it. I strongly believe that Business Management is the right route for me.”

Juno added that being famous can’t stop him from going to college, and he also advised others who want to go back to school to not hesitate.

The fast rising artiste has secured a silver YouTube reward which he takes as a great inspiration to keep moving forward in his music career.

"Now it's silver. I want gold in the future,” Juno said.

The two years he spent out of school, he said, "I was doing what I do most, dropping hits after hits, and am going to keep delivering the best for my fans.”

"The marathon continues,” he added.
