Rwandan actress Alliance Isimbi, commonly known in cinema as Alliah Cool, is all smiles as she celebrates having achieved her dream mansion which reportedly cost her a staggering Rwf500 million upon completion.
The New Times has established that it has been two weeks now since the actress relocated to the luxurious mansion located in Kibagabaga, Gasabo District.
The property took Alliah Cool over one year to finalize it. She kept the construction works on the mansion very private to avoid media attention throughout the construction period until some media started gossiping about the house at the beginning of September.
Some reports initially indicated that the house is valued at about Rwf 250 Million but a reliable source close to the actress herself dismissed the reports and confirmed to The New Times that it cost her over Rwf500 million, equipment inclusive.
"The plot of land itself cost her Rwf160 million. So take the house and the equipment, furniture...everything. Just come over and have a look,” The source exclusively told The New Times.
Commenting on her achievement, the actress said, "For with God, nothing shall be impossible,” a Holy Bible verse from Luke 1:37.
The actress gave full credits to her younger brother Benefice Sagamba, the engineer behind the mansion where she put trust in him to handle the whole project until he completed it.
"To my brother, our last born, one of the youngest engineers in the city but with a big mind...you did a good job, you made my dreams come true thank you may God bless you,” she said of her brother.
Alliah Cool has built a name for herself in the cinema industry not only in Rwanda but also on the international scene with her movie "Alliah the Movie” now targeting the African market through Nigerian movie distribution platform, Nollyflix.
She’s now about to soon release a new movie dubbed ‘Accidental Vacation’ which features Nigeria’s star actress Anita Alaire Afoke Asuoha and former Big Brother contestant Venita Akpofure as well as veteran actor Richard Mofe-Damijo among others.
Alliah Cool is the latest female celebrity to complete a mansion in Kigali after socialite Kate Bashabe unveiled her own mansion that she completed in Rebero, back in January this year.
