Rwanda national team skipper Djihad Bizimana is confident that his club FC Kryvbas can book their ticket to the group stage of the 2024/25 Europa League.
Kryvbas lost 2-1 at home to Czech giants Viktoria Plzen in the first leg of the third qualifying round, however, Bizimana who is the deputy captain of the Ukrainian outfit believes they can turn the tie around.
The return leg will take place at Doosan Arena in Czechia on Thursday August 15.

"We have a strong team. We have our own mentality; we adjust in a combative manner. The first match with Viktoria proved that we can play against them and that we have something to offer,” Bizimana said in a pre-match press conference
"Viktoria is a good opponent, but we are all getting ready for the upcoming game and want to show our best qualities. I believe in myself and my teammates."
Bizimana was among the best midfielders in the Ukrainian Premier League during the 2023/24 season as he made 28 league appearances, scoring two goals and providing one assist
He has also previously played for Belgian clubs Beveren as well as KMSK Deinze.
