The current education system is very theoretical. Rwanda needs a skills-based education system that equips students with practical skills which they can apply after leaving school.
Curriculum developers need to tackle this issue as a matter of urgency.

A skills-based education system is likely to churn out job-creators as opposed to job-seekers. That is the only way Rwanda can pull herself out of the quagmire of unemployment.
