I am a frequent flyer, who often does her last minute shopping on a flight, to a particular destination. I was shocked during a recent trip from Nairobi to Kigali on Kenya Airways to discover that they do not accept Rwandan francs.

Now the simple logic for me is that if the flight is to Kigali, then surely they should be able to convert to currencies of their choice from the RWF, in the many banks or foreign currency exchange outlets on offer in the country.

Please Kenya Airways, reconsider your position, allow those flying to Kigali to be able to shop, using the foreign exchange rates on that particular day. Thank you.
