APR vs Musanze

DEFENDING champions APR will host Musanze FC on the second day of the 2020/21 national football league at Kigali stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

The army side won their first league game against Gicumbi a fortnight ago and are fully aware that Musanze will be a tough opponent that can inflict their first loss in two years.

Speaking to the media on Tuesday, APR’s Moroccan coach Mohamed Adil Errade admitted that his side played ‘very well’ against Gicumbi but, "they need to raise their level and stay focused.” 

"It will be a very tough game but getting three points will be the main focus, we will have to be very efficient up-front and vigilant in the defense,” Adil Errade said.

In other matches, in form Police who beat Etoile de L’Est in the opening game, will face wounded Espoir who lost 3-1 against AS Kigali

Bugesera who lost to Musanze over the weekend will be looking to win their first game against Etincelles who played a goalless draw against Rutsiro while Gicumbi will be up against Etoile de L’Est.
