Eric Ngangare alias 1Key and Symphony Band are set to entertain music lovers this Friday in a show dubbed ‘1Key En Concert’. The show will be held at the French culture Centre, located in Rugando Kigali.

The event is expected to start at 5 pm and will end at 9:30 pm.

Music will be played by Nicolaspeks, renowned musicians who recently returned to the country from Canada.  

According to the organisers, the entrance will be free to all but will be required to show negative results of covid-19 at the venue.

"We will be testing at the show, but we encourage everyone to come tested to avoid big lines,” said 1Key, the host of the show.

1Key told The New Times that this will be his last open show in Rwanda.

"This is my last time performing live in front of many people. However, I will have another exclusive show which will not be open to everyone.”

"I am going to start my next chapter in music by traveling the world, starting from Europe and Kenya” he added.

In addition, 1Key says that this show will be the best because he will showcase both his recent EP and album.

"This will be my first time performing in public with my recent EP, 'Mass Poetry', and the last album I made dubbed ‘Mwiru’. This is going to be a historic night that one couldn’t wish to miss,” said 1Key.
