The Amahoro Cup preliminary round first leg tie between Mukura and Givou Fc has been called off for the second time in less than two weeks.
Mukura was supposed to be the hosts on both occasions but have been the culprits leading to the postponements.
Originally, the match was supposed to have played on April 4, the same day as the other first leg fixtures but it never went ahead as scheduled after Mukura failed to turn up on match day with claims that 16 players of their first team players were carrying injuries.
The local football federation asked the Huye based side to provide evidence in form of medical reports to back their claims.
As they were waiting for the evidence, Ferwafa set Thursday, April 16 as the new date for the match but Mukura failed to provide the medical reports on time as requested.
"They failed to submit the medical reports on time that is why they are not playing today (yesterday),” Ferwafa Chief Executive Officer Jules Kalisa said.
