As teams continue to strengthen their ranks ahead of the new season, Gasogi United has signed three new players including Christian Malipangou who previously featured for them.

The other new players include Colin Muhindo, a Burundian defender who even features for the country’s national team, and Ugandan midfielder Hamza Mulambuzi, who most recently featured for SC Villa in Kampala.

All the three players appeared in a friendly match in which the team beat South Sudan's Jamusi 1-0 on Saturday, August 3.

Muhindo joined Gasogi from Aigle Noir, a Burundian club, on a two-year contract.

Gasogi United plans to play one more friendly match against Etincelles before the new season kicks off on August 15, 2024.
