During the interview, the Rwandan socialite, who is now a big name in Uganda’s entertainment world, approved recent reports that she had been named general manager of Goodlyfe Music, saying that "it has been the case for years, only that the public just got to know about it.”
Goodlyfe Music is a famous singing duo that was made up of Weasel and Mowzey Radio who died in 2018.
"The managerial position, I have had that for a long time only that we kept it off the public. It’s only got out now because of the upcoming concert, that was when people started to realise how involved I was,” she said, referring to the Memories of Goodlyfe concert which took place on Friday, August 2, at Hotel Africana in Kampala.

Asked how it feels being Weasel’s manager and spouse at the same time, Teta said it is "doable, but not easy.”
The two went viral in 2022 after allegations flocked social media that Weasel was battering Teta, leaving her for dead, a move that attracted attentions of many people from both Rwanda and Uganda.
The allegations, despite being denied by Teta, attracted attention of many including Rwandan celebrities, media and some members of Teta’s family who flew into Uganda and took her with them back to Kigali, saying that they are protecting their daughter from her "abusive fiancé”.

The New Times learnt that, in April 2023, Teta reunited with the famous singer whom they have two kids together and have been living in harmony since then.
When recently questioned about reports that Weasel had physically abused her, she refuted the claims and said that her partner was the target.
"Do I appear to be being beaten when they give me a close look? It is untrue," she remarked in an interview with Pulse Uganda before continuing, "People will talk about him a lot because he is a public figure."
Weasel's first solo performance took place on Friday, August 2, following the passing of his longtime vocal collaborator Mowzey Radio, with whom they collaborated on several successful songs from 2004 until his death in 2018.
