Mango 4G has unveiled a new campaign ‘TUMIRA CAMPAIGN’ that favors both existing clients that use MANGO 4G internet and new clients that would wish to start using its internet.
The campaign was launched on Tuesday, September 1, 2021 and will be for a long time, as there is no due date for the campaign, and each time a customer invites a person they both get a 10 per cent of bonus of the internet purchased by the invitee.
Existing customers are the ones to play a big role, as they invite new customers in the campaign. They download an application called MY MANGO 4G APP or update it if they already have one, and then login into the application where their profile is already set, and they click on mine. It will then take them to an ‘INVITE CODE’ option that displays their code.
Every client that uses MANGO 4G has a unique code that they get after buying their SIM card.
To invite a new client, after clicking on the INVITE CODE option the existing client will click on another SHARE option, where they will choose to share it on WHATSAPP, SMS, or copy the code.
New clients that have been invited by their friends will now have to go to any Mango Telecom branch with their telephone and identity card to be registered. After getting the SIM card, they are then assisted to download the application.
After downloading the application, the client logs in, clicks on MINE which will bring another option called ‘SET INVITER’ that was meant to insert in the ‘INVITATION CODE’ they have received from their friend or sibling, after inserting in the code it means that now they have created a relation with the person that invited them in Mango 4G,” explains Diane Mugabo the Assistant Marketing Manager.
The customer must download My Mango 4G APP, log in and set inviter code before 1st time purchase internet.

An existing subscriber is allowed to invite many customers, but a new subscriber is allowed to be invited once, you can invite your friends by logging through both mango4g.rw (website) and my mango4g APP.
Eric NIYOMUGABO, the Vice President of MANGO 4G, puts more clarity on why they chose to introduce this campaign.
"We have a variety of bonus that we offered to new customer, after seeing that our existing customer need a bonus that they benefit from and have a role from, we then brought that kind of promotion where they have to invite new customer to use Mango 4G internet and both get 10% of airtime bonus . This campaign will be continuing for longtime, we need to let our customers enjoy and have profit on,” he says.
