Irembo is transforming the private and public sectors by streamlining processes through its innovative Service Management platform.

Through Byikorere campaign, residents are sensitised on using Irembo services

This platform has been pivotal in enabling public agencies to process transactions digitally, allowing citizens to access public services more efficiently. In 2023 alone, the IremboGov platform processed over 8.7 million transactions, significantly improving efficiency and service delivery nationwide.

Irembo’s payment gateway solution, IremboPay, has revolutionised the payment process for IremboGov services by offering flexible payment options. This solution will soon be extended to the private sector as well.

Through this engagement, Irembo aims to support Rwanda&039;s ongoing digital transformation and enhance the overall user experience of its services.

In addition to the service management platform and payment gateway solution, the focus of Expo 2024 includes over 100 newly added services as part of the Mass Service Digitization Project.

The Byikorere campaign, aimed at building citizens' digital confidence by enabling them to access services online without third parties, is also highlighted at the expo.

Citizens will learn about the Ntuyarenze Tariff for Irembo Agents, a standardised fee structure ensuring transparency and preventing overcharging. By clearly displaying service payment amounts, Irembo aims to combat fraud and protect citizens from exploitative practices.

Irembo also ensures that individuals without smart devices or internet connectivity can access services through various platforms, including USSD (*909#), mobile, web www.irembo.gov.rw, and a network of agents.

Irembo is dedicated to helping service providers enhance user access to services anytime, anywhere, through both local and global expansion. This includes branching into additional sectors such as the private sector, insurance companies, and digital health.

At Expo 2024, Irembo aims to showcase its achievements in digitising public services and reaffirm its commitment to improving accessibility, efficiency, and transparency.
