But what shocked me is when I received Sunday Times paper and saw your headline ‘JUST EX-FRENCH STARS.’ I think trivializing their arrival the way you did was uncalled for and I know many other football fans were similarly offended by your headline.

I think the presence of these three stars was a blessing to Kigali, so I am appalled that your headline instead expressed disappointment.
