Rwandan female vocalist Alyn Sano has released a song, her dubbed, ‘Hono’, in which she calls out men who get busy with their jobs and forget to take care of the women in their lives.
"There are men who don’t want to find time for their family at all and their only focus is always on their job. Although the job is so important, men should take care of their wives and their family at large. They should make sure that they satisfy their needs as well,” the singer told The New Times.
‘Hono’ is Alyn Sano’s first release since The Voice Afrique competition in which she emerged finalist.
The ‘Kontorola’ hitmaker shared the news on her social media handle.
"After The Voice, I am so excited to bring you this great news. My upcoming single titled "HONO" is coming soon this week. Let's share this good news with the world,” posted Alyn Sano on her Instagram.
Both video and audio of the song were released today, with the former featuring local comedian Rutambi. Alyn Sano also told this paper that she started working on the song in April and the video was shot in Kigali.
