Kigali Arena has started a campaign to host weddings for couples that will win their social media challenge dubbed ‘month-long Instagram promotion’.

This was announced on June 9, during a press release where organisers called on people who are planning to get married between this coming July till September this year to join, that there is a chance to hold their wedding festivities at the iconic Kigali arena for free for those who will going to win the challenge.

Sunny Ntayombya, Managing Director of Affinity Media Group in charge of communications at Kigali Arena, told The New Times that acceptable candidates are only Rwandans living in the country or in the diaspora who wish to have their wedding in Rwanda.

"We do not have a specific number that we are looking for as long as the candidates participate in the social media campaign within the communicated period,” he said, adding that the winners will be picked randomly before Kigali Arena offers the venue to them.

The challenge started on June 9, and will end July 8, with terms and conditions for the competitors.
