Rwanda is one of the countries whose cyclists will gain from the new Israel-Premier Tech Roland Development project which is scheduled to be implemented in 2023.
The Israeli Cycling entity has been helping cyclists in Rwanda's Bugesera District and they are now looking forward to including some of the riders in their new developmental initiative.
"We are happy because we would like to give one new touch to our business and teams,” team owner Ruben Contreras told cycling news.
"We will take riders from Ukraine, Rwanda, Afghanistan, and Israel, and I've searched for one rider from Palestine. With our foundation, we would help these riders. It's very important to us."
The new project is being partially funded by Bike to Freedom and it will be concentrated primarily on young riders.
