The quartet was part of the squad that helped Musanze finish in third place during the 2023/24 Primus National League, which was their best since the club was established.

"We have been doing well since the start of the training, we are in a good shape, but we have to keep improving. We must make sure that we are ready for the new season,” club head coach Sosthène Habimana said.

"I am happy with my players, but we need some new faces, and we are working hard to get them,” added the coach who said that they still need a striker before signing off from the transfer market.

Musanze FC extended the contracts of the players after parting ways with Gad Muhawenayo, Aimable Manzi, Aime Djicka Gassissou and Ebode Bertrand.

The 2024/25 National Primus League is set to commence on August 18 and will run through May 18, 2025.
