CIMERWA PLC invites interested bidders for proposals to undertake a capacity upgrade project to supply and commission drying solution at Bugarama Plant in Muganza Sector, Rusizi district.

The objective of the project is to install a Raw Mill Capacity Upgrade, in the most cost-effective manner such that the circuit is able to produce a guaranteed 120 tph (dry) raw mill output material with moisture less than 1% and residue less than 15% on 80 micron.

Capable and interested parties, are cordially invited to submit best offer tenders on an EPC+M basis (with the project management being a take-out price) in accordance with the specifications and contract conditions as described herein for the engineering (including confirmation of process parameters onsite), supply, installation, commissioning, performance testing and (option) Turnkey project management of the Raw Milling circuit upgrade at the CIMERWA Plant in Rwanda. Viable financing proposals for the project can be included as optional.

Participation in tendering process is open to all qualified on equal terms. The Scope of the services and other tender conditions can be found in the tender document that will be issued in a soft PDF format upon request by interested bidder.
