Rwandans in the country on Monday, July 15, started voting in the presidential and parliamentary elections.

Countrywide, thousands of first-time voters are exercising their constitutional right of voting for the President and Parliamentarians of their choice.

Among others, patients, staff, and caregivers, at University Teaching Hospital of Kigali (CHUK) and in different other hospitals countrywide were facilitated to cast their vote at polling sites established new hospitals.

Josephine Mukarugwiro, 76, a resident of Bumbogo Sector in Gasabo, says she is proud of having exercised her civic right to vote for a person she wants to lead the country with a focus on ensuring inclusive development, sustainable security and well-being for all people.
