Rwanda reports 122 new Covid-19 cases, three fatalities

Rwanda reported 122 new Covid-19 cases and three deaths linked to the virus on Wednesday, February 17.
Overall, the country has confirmed 17,716 positive cases. In total, 243 people succumbed to Covid-19.
On the same day, 443 people recovered from the virus. This raised the total number of recoveries to 15,918.
For the last couple of weeks, Rwanda has been recording daily recovered cases higher than new infections. The country's recovery rate- the percentage of people who recovered from Covid-19 out of all the confirmed cases- is 89.8 percent.
Meanwhile, according to the Ministry of Health, there are 11 patients of Covid-19 who are critically ill.
