I have been following closely current developments and it all seems good because at last Rwandans have also considered improving the quality of customer care.

One would previously enter a shop or restaurant and all you find is angry faces and at times I contemplated not to blame anyone because of the history this country has gone through.

I sometimes got convinced that the people of this country are naturally unhappy because they were torn apart by poor leadership hardly fifteen years ago.

With the new direction that the country is taking, so willing to maximise profit with as minimum delay as possible, certainly we are headed for a brighter future.
