October, 11 2007, was Vannese Uwase’s birthday. She turned (four) 4 years old. The birthday celebrations took place at Green Hills Academy.

Vanessa celebrated her birthday with her classmates, teachers mother, relative and friends. Vanessa’s best six friends told the Children’s Times what they enjoyed the party.

They also told me what they would love their parents do for them if they happen to celebrate their birthdays.

My name is Aisha I am 4 years. I am Vanessa’s best friend. I enjoyed eating a cake and taking soda on Vanessa’s birthday. Orange soda is my best drink. On my birthday, I would like my parents to bring for me a cake. I like eating a cake on my birthday.   

My name is Sheba; I am 4 years old and Vanessa’s friend. I enjoyed eating the cake and taking orange soda. I didn’t like any other type of soda except Orange. On my birthday I, would like my parents to buy for me a birthday cake and knife which I will use to cut the cake.

My name is Vadim, I am 4 years old. On Vanessa’s birthday, I liked eating the cake and taking orange soda. When I celebrate my birthday, I would like my parents to buy for me a birthday cake, biscuits and sweets. I would also like my friends to be invited on that day.

I am called Tracy, 5 years old, in baby class with Vanessa. Vanessa’s birthday cake was sweet, I enjoyed eating it. I took orange soda because it is my favourite soda. If my parents make for me a birthday party, I would like to invite all my classmates to come and celebrate with me.

My name is Alex 3 years old in baby class. On Vanessa’s birthday, I liked drinking Coca-cola. Coca-cola is my favourite drink. I prefer it and I want it to always be present on my birthday celebrations. I also like eating the cake, it was sweet.

My name is Brain Shema, On Vanessa’s birthday, I enjoyed drinking orange soda and eating a birthday cake, I missed eating Pringles, I did not see them yet I like them so much. On my birthday, I will make sure that my parents buy me Pringles.
