Some 100 karatekas from across the country on Saturday, July 6, gathered at Kigali Elite Sports Academy (KESA) for a one-day national Shotokan seminar.

Organized by International Shotokan Karate Federation (ISKF) Rwanda, the seminar attracted participants, ranging from black to blue belt holders, to refine their techniques and integrate advanced strategies in their practice.
The seminar was led by international instructor Jean Vianney Nduwamungu who is also the representative of ISKF Rwanda alongside fellow instructors including Jean Vianney Nduwamungu, Amile Bugabo and Eric Mbarushimana, all of whom hold a 5th Dan rank.
During the session, ISKF Rwanda also welcomed new members and awarded them Membership certificates, highlighting the organization’s growth, which now includes 11 member clubs.
The next seminar will take place on August 3.
