EASTERN PROVINCE

GATSIBO — The Private Sector Federation (PSF) has praised those engaging in the businesses of supplying clean water within the province.

Speaking at a ceremony to mark the end  water protection week  in Gatsibo district last monday, the director of entrepreneurship development and business growth at the PSF  Antoine Manzi said: "It is our role to help business people to carry out their work in a simple way and we are concerned about the well being of people by ensuring that they get clean water”.

The best four people involved in the business of supplying tap water were given various forms of awards.

"There are normally many projects brought to the PSF for consideration of support but not all of them are funded. So because of the importance of this  project to the community, it was among important projects that had to be considered”, Manzi noted.

Water entrepreneurship in Gatsibo district was funded by Germany Development Service (DED) through PSF.
