As Kigali residents prepare for the festive holiday, they will be able to enjoy the paintball experience that will be introduced in mid-December.

Paintball is a competitive team shooting sport in which players eliminate opponents from play by hitting them with spherical dye-filled gelatin capsules called paintballs that break upon impact.

Set to kick start on December 19, 2020, it will be played in two parts: One involves hunting people as they are playing in teams, members of the team hunting opponents, or it might also be played in a way that people only shoot to target specific objects.

It will be available at the Mount Kigali-based Fazenda Sengha recreational center.

After its announcement, people took to social media and appreciated the initiative, saying they couldn't wait to experience the fun.
