Rwanda confirms nine new Covid-19 infections

Nine people have tested positive for Covid-19 in Rwanda on Monday, November 2.

Of the new patients, two were detected in Kigali, four in Kirehe District and two in Musanze District.

Nyagatare District also reported a single Covid-19 infection.

Meanwhile, on Monday, one person recovered from the pandemic.

The results were obtained from 1,310 tests carried out in the last 24 hours. So far, 560,287 sample tests have been conducted in total.

Overall, the country has reported 5,155 Covid-19 cases, of whom 4,922 have already recovered.

35 people have so far succumbed to the pandemic in Rwanda.
