Covid-19: Rwanda maintains single-digit daily infections

Nine people tested positive for Covid-19 in Rwanda on Sunday, November 1.
Since Thursday, the country has been recording below 10 daily cases.
According to the Ministry of Health, of the new cases recorded on Sunday, three were identified in Kigali.
Nyagatare and Rubavu districts also confirmed five Covid-19 cases and one case respectively.
The latest update on the pandemic was obtained from 1,443 sample tests carried out in the last 24 hours.
Overall, the country has so far conducted 558,977 tests.
Rwanda is so far one of the few countries globally with less number of people who have succumbed to the pandemic, whereby since the oubreak of the pandemic in the country, 35 Covid-19 fatalities have been registered.
