He made the remarks this week on the sidelines of a meeting he had with Rwandan officials who travelled to Amman, the capital of Jordan, to tour the country as well as hold several discussions with their Jordanian counterparts, aimed at enhancing cooperation.
In an interview with the media, Queisi pointed out that his country, having been faced with scarcity of natural resources, worked to improve its human resources, which is now an advantage for it.

"Since the establishment of modern Jordan in 1921, we have realised that natural resources are very scarce in the country, so we have invested a lot in our human resource. So, you will find doctors, engineers, teachers, media experts...... all this we can share with our brothers and sisters in Rwanda,” he noted.
Just like Rwanda, Jordan’s tourism sector contributes a big deal to the country's economy, making up 14.6 percent of the country’s GDP.
Queisi noted that the country has the best medical services in the Middle East, the highest ratio of doctors and nurses to the population, and the highest number of hospital beds compared to the population.
"And we have the highest number of hospitals: – private, government and military, compared to the population,” he said.

Queisi who visited Rwanda this year praised the country for its discipline, cleanliness and hospitality.
In February, he, along with a delegation from Jordan came to Rwanda on a four-day visit during which he held talks with senior government officials and members of the private sector to deliberate on strategies of executing the cooperation agreements signed during Jordan’s King Abdullah II Ibn Al-Hussein three-day working visit to Rwanda in January
