It was only a matter of time and choice: The Deputy Director General of ORINFOR, Kije Mugisha, will soon end her long loneliness life. This beautiful…yes, lady has been one of the many learned and brilliant but single ladies in town.
A close friend to Kije on Wednesday said, "She is absolutely glowing with happiness. She’s spending time making wedding arrangements and doing some special out door shopping for her new family, which is something she has always wanted.”
This buzz has publicly circulated for the last two months but kije has consistently denied it. However there is no more dodging.
Kije and Patrick Rwamasirabo were recently spotted by our scouts working on their matrimony thriller from one of Kigali’s posh hangouts.
Ngo, the Gusaba will be held on December 30th 2007 and the wedding on August 8th next year; both in Kigali. Meanwhile, with efforts to make her wedding extraordinary, Kije has organized wedding committees in Kigali and Kampala as well as Europe since she also has relatives and friends there.
