Born on July 7, 1995 to a Kenyan mother and an Italian father, Tanasha Donna Oketch is a Kenyan model, singer, entrepreneur and former radio presenter for NRG radio.
Donna spent her childhood years in Kenya before moving to Belgium when she was 11 years old. She gained great interest in fashion, music and modelling while in Belgium.
She made a return to Kenya and participated in Miss World Kenya. While in Kenya, she joined the NRG Radio as a presenter but quit to focus on her music career and motherhood. In 2018, she dated Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz and had a son named Naseeb Junior, however they broke up in 2020.
Tanasha Donna jumped into the music fold with her 2019 &039;Radio' featuring Barak Jacuzzi before unleashing her debut EP, Donatella EP.
Shaped by her star power, elusive nature, and followed by controversies, Tanasha counted on the prowess of established acts such as Khaligraph Jones and Bongo's Mbosso to give her a leg up.
She became a muse for many and was embroiled in high-profile relationships with Diamond Platnumz and Omah Lay.
She then became a mother, an actress all in between making her second full-length project and trying to further her music career.
Home country Kenya and Tanzania, the birth country of ex-boyfriend Diamond Platnumz, have been Tanasha’s top targets for her music market and one would wonder whether Kigali could be her next focus or something else.
"She is here for business,” an organizer said.
