I am now for the first time, convinced that women are going the right way, towards their emancipation since they now involve men.

There has been a complete misconception that the plight of women concerns women themselves only. In fact, it is the other way round.

Since men are responsible for their suffering, they should take reponsibility of seeing them out of the problem. Of course, women have to be involved alongside men, if we are to realize positive results.

I therefore applaud Rwandan women and men, who have joined hands to emancipate women in this country.
