Rwandan international Sven Kalisa has signed a new two-year deal with Luxembourg second tier side Etzella Ettebruck.
The initial contract of the central midfielder at the club was set to expire on June 30, 2024 but he has now inked a fresh deal which will extend his stay to the summer of 2026.

Kalisa was one of the key players of Etzella Ettelbruck in the just ended season, playing 20 games, scoring 1 goal and providing three assists, despite the fact that the team failed to qualify to the top division.
Born to Rwandan parents in Luxembourg on March 14, 1997, Kalisa featured for the European country's junior national teams up to the U21 level, before switching allegiance to represent Amavubi in 2022.
