I wonder how long, we are going to endure the hardship of sitting in four’s in public taxis, which were actually designed to carry three people per seat.

We have cried time again, but no authority is ready to hear us.

All over East Africa, people sit three per seat but in Rwanda, taxi men and their bosses at ATRACO, have insisted that we sit in four’s.

I think the main problem is that people who are supposed to be ending this anomaly, do not actually use public transport.

Therefore, they careless, but this is a great disservice.
