About Q-Sourcing Servtec

The Q-Sourcing journey began in 2006 with a vision to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity in East Africa. The company started in Uganda in 2006, expanded to Rwanda in 2009, Southern Sudan in 2011, and Kenya in 2013. In 2017, the group launched a training division called The Assessment and Skilling Centre (TASC) and expanded into Tanzania.

Building on this growth, Q-Sourcing merged with Servtec International Group to extend its reach beyond East Africa and onto the global stage. In 2024, the company made a significant investment in the 'Flip Africa' platform, tapping into the gig economy and creating a new market niche. What began as a modest advisory firm has flourished into a thriving corporation, driven by the dedication of the team and the trust of clients.
