Peace Cup 2023/24 winners Police FC are getting busy in the ongoing transfer window as they seek to beef up their squad for the coming 2024/25 season.

The law enforcers have parted ways with as many as 10 players and they are bent on getting quality replacements for the new season gets underway in August.

Times Sport understands that Police FC are in advanced talks with former Rayon Sports winger Joackiam Ojera who is set to leave Egyptian outfit Al Mokawloon. after just six months.

The Ugandan speedster moved to Mokawloon in January 2024, but he endured a torrid time during his stay featuring in just four matches in the just-concluded campaign.

The 26-year-old hasn't played since March 1, when Al Mokawloon beat Cleopatra FC 2-1.

Elsewhere, youngster Fabrice Nshimiyimana of second tier side Tsinda Batsinde is having trials with newly promoted Belgian Jupiler Pro League side FC Dender.

The 20-year-old budding talent is expected to be with Dender for a month after which a decision to keep him will be taken.
