Allow me through your paper, to express my gratitude to the just ended DR Congo- Rwanda operation against FDLR, code- named, Umoja wetu.

The operation has within a very short period, done a very commendable job. The notorious combatants/Interahamwe are now in disarray, and can hardly cause havoc as they used to do in the last few months.

I nevertheless, would like to advise the two parties to keep on their knees ready to react, in case the genocidaires turn to be stubborn. They still pose a threat though at a minimal level.
