The Lower Chamber of Parliament last week passed a law governing the media. The new law also protects children and youths. Publications on children should be helpful and educative.

However, it is against the law if publications meant for children and youthhave illustrations, stories and opinions that defend robbery, lies, theft, laziness, hatred, and other crime acts aimed at discrimination of any kind.
