Make an easy garden salad with fresh veggies and an equally simple, tasty salad dressing.

A super, simple to make side salad.

PREPARATION: 6 mins

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS

• 4 blue-violet flowers • 2 yellow pumpkin flowers • 1pc Arugula • A handful of cherry tomatoes • 1 pinch mint • 1 pinch basil • A handful of nuts

For the Vinaigrette:

• Lemon • Olive oil • Black pepper • Salt • Mustard

PREPARATION

Step 1:

Gather all your ingredients

Step 2:

Cut the lettuce into three sections. With a knife, cut the cherry tomatoes into two.

Step 3:

Ready to eat and serve.

Serve with some toasted brown bread on the side.
