The 2024/25 National Primus League is set to commence on August 18 and will run through May 18, 2025, Rwanda’s football governing body (Ferwafa) has confirmed.
APR FC are defending champions after claiming their fifth straight league title in May without losing a single game.

The league will take a midseason break on January 5, 2025 and will resume on February 5.
Meanwhile, the league will be preceded by the Super Cup which will see league champions APR FC and Peace Cup winners Police lock horns on August 11.
Meanwhile, the new season of the Second Division League is scheduled to begin on September 7. The first leg will conclude on December 1 and the second leg action will start on December 29.
The Peace Cup will start on November 20 and will conclude on May 17, 2025 while Heroes Cup will kick off on January 27, 2025 and close on February 1.
