I want to express my anger through your paper on the issue of parents beating their children to death over trivial matters.

Recently, police arrested a man for beating his son because he was selling beans so as to raise his school fees. The battered boy aged twelve years is now admitted to Nyagatare Main Hospital due to the beating.

I believe parents should be a good example to society and also play their role well. I believe the minister in charge of Family Affairs should carry out sensitization seminars in all areas especially in the rural areas of the country.

Parents should be sensitized on how to show parental love and care? So absurd Kanamugire!
