Allow me to express my concern about the state of the road to Nyabisindu, a Kigali suburb. As a resident of this particular area, and someone who’s totally fed-up with the ravine like potholes, I must express my displeasure with the state it’s in.

I pray that, maybe, someday the mayor will consider doing something about it. Last year, if I’m not mistaken, it was said that all roads within Kigali and in its outlets were to undergo construction and rehabilitation in realisation of the country’s 2020 vision.

And as a matter of fact, we have seen some already finished like the Nyarutarama, Kimihurura, Kicukiro, Kabeza roads. Were these roads, especially those leading posh neighbourhoods, like in Nyarutarama, Kimihurura, given priority?

Meanwhile, what is hugely apparent is that people residing around Gihogere and Nyabisindu are really experiencing a tough situation. Will KCC do something about this bad situation?
