On the night of December 29, all roads will lead to the Kigali Marriot Hotel for the global multi award-winning international Comic star Eric Omondi and Loyiso Madinga.

The Kenyan funny man and the South African comedian will be here for ‘Seka Live’, one of the biggest comedy shows in Rwanda, set to return with yet another fun-filled event.

"Eric Omondi and Loyiso Madinga will grace the comedy show as we want Rwandans to have a taste of Africa’s comedy during the festive season and we promise the best comedy show”, said Arthur Nkusi to The New Times, the organizer and host of the event.

He noted that the show is not only designed to give comedy lovers an unforgettable festive season, but also serves as a platform for upcoming comedians in Seka rising stars to showcase their talent to a big audience.

"The show will focus on showcasing new talents, by providing a platform for aspiring young Rwandan comedians,’’ he said.

Tickets are 10,000 Frw and 20,000 Frw for regular and VIP seats respectively. However, there shall be a 48-hours promotion at Rwf5, 000. They are already available on RG Consult website.

Omondi is a renowned comedian in the region. He has performed at the famous Churchill show, severally, and is a common name in Kigali, having previously graced our stages a couple of times.

Loyiso Madinga is also a renowned South African comedian, mostly famous for his several performances at Trevor Noah’s Daily Show.
