Sunrise Vs Marines 15:00

SUNRISE striker Samson Babua will be hoping to keep his scoring form when his side host Marines in the Rwanda Premier League at Nyagatare Stadium on Sunday.

The Nigeria-born frontman has scored 11 goals in 13 league appearances this season, one strike ahead of first runner-up Shabani ‘Tchabalala’ Hussein of Bugesera.

"I want to achieve something special here (by scoring the golden boot), and hopefully win a trophy with the club,” he said.

"We have been playing well, but we have to keep improving and move up the table.”

Ahead of their weekend action, Sunrise are in 8th position with 17 points, 14 behind the leaders APR who face Heroes on Saturday.

In other matches on Saturday, strugglers AS Kigali face Gasogi United, while Gicumbi will be up against Bugesera.
