Rayon Sports striker Michael Sarpong is set for a move to Chinese side Changchun Yatai this month after successful talks between the two clubs.

The 23-year old will complete the move on December 22.

The Ghana-born talisman departs the Blues after one and a half seasons during which he helped them to their ninth league title.

In an interview with Saturday Sport on Friday, the club’s spokesperson, Jean Paul Nkurunziza, confirmed the move. However, he did not disclose the transfer fee.

According to reports, Rayon will rack in $150,000 (about Rwf 139million) from the deal.
