I am writing in response to a letter in your paper dating 23rd February by Hilda Mutamba regarding poor customer service- and, more so, the unfortunate experience that she had at the Executive Carwash restaurant.

We always endeavour to provide good service of our esteemed customers and regret the said occurrence.  The management of Executive Carwash was quick to notice that customer’s displeasure and has already put in place measures to avoid any more misunderstandings.

We sincerely regret, apologize and wish to invite the customer to come back for good experience. We hope to still remain the best Nyama Choma Zone in Kigali.
