Dear editor,

I would like to commend the UN for its call to the Democratic Force for the Liberation of Rwanda (FDLR) to surrender.

They have lived the ‘rebel’ life since 1994 and I think its time they finally came to their senses and came home.

FDLR’s cause is especially hampered by the fact that they involved themselves in the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi’s.

They should heed the UN’s advice and surrender- give them a white flag.
