Times Reporter
An aerial view of a new public garden, which is under development, in front of the City Hall. The Rwf226 million project, which started in January, is slated to be open to the public by the end of the year. It is complete with benches, user-friendly routes for people living with disability, public toilets and free Wi-Fi among other facilities. It is the latest addition to a number of recreational facilities aimed at beautifying the city and give its residents and visitors great experience. Photo/Emmanuel Kwizera.
