I was happy with Senator Rwigamba Balinda warning to first year students joining Liberty University of Kigali (ULK). We should not allow our so-called intellectuals to breed seeds of discord in our younger generations.

It is also on record that Rwandan intellectuals were actively involved in the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. It is no wonder the likes of Prof. Munyakazi Leopold, are in custody for such crimes.
