Rwandan rapper Kivumbi King is about to commence a tour for his latest album ‘Ganza’ in some countries across Europe.

Rwandan rapper Kivumbi King has said he is working on a tour for his latest album ‘Ganza’ in some countries across Europe.

Kivumbi confirming the development to The New Times on Tuesday, May 21. He said that Ganza tour aim at promoting the music on his latest album.

Premiered on May 17, the eight-track album features a number of hit songs including ‘Wait’, arguably Kivumbi King's most streamed song, ImpanvuandMuhoracyeye’ ( featuring Riderman) among many others.

"We are excited to bring this work of art to our fans in Europe. As I have said before, we intend to conquer through Ganza and this is just the beginning. Expect much more from me this year," said Kivumbi.

Kivumbi will kick off his tour in Lyon, France, on June 1, then shift it to Hanover, Germany, on June 15, and Warsaw, Poland, on June 29.

More cities, he said, may be added to Ganza's European tour before he returns to Kigali for the main album launch concert.

Ganza album tour comes at a time Rwandan artists are enjoying success in the western world. Bushali and B-Threy are currently on tour in Europe, while gospel artiste Israel Mbonyi is expected to headline another show in Brussels, Belgium, on June 8.

Kivumbi King last performed in Europe in May 2022 after releasing 'DID', his breakthrough album that opened many doors for his music career.

Apart from his new album, which is currently trending at number one on AudioMack, a music streaming platform, Kivumbi King looks destined to achieve bigger things in the near future after penning a three-year deal with Nigerian music label, Deealoh Entertainment, which currently manages and distributes all his projects.

The singer first made waves in the Rwandan music industry after releasing 'Madam', his first solo release.
