People should stop answering phone calls in mini-buses if they cannot keep their voices low. In the evening after work, when ones mind is already exhausted, one doesn’t want  to listen to your loud laughter on how the taxi you are in is full of old tired looking people.

Just because MTN has made it possible doesn’t give one any reason of not minding their neighbours in taxis. Keep it low or don’t answer at all
